Pro Sound Productions Shipping Policy

In order for us to deliver the best service we can, our shipping methods and charges have been carefully packaged so all orders arrive safely and at reasonable costs.

TNT Express is our main freight company and all charges are calculated from their shipping rates. These charges are based on weight and post code destination using our warehouse locations of Perth - 6031 and Melbourne 3012 as starting points depending on where we have the stock warehoused. Click here to view the TNT Express online calculator. In addition to TNT Express charges we include a small handling and packing fee to cover our costs from the warehouse end. All these costs are kept to the lowest price that is currently economically viable.

As an example, below outlines our shipping costs in detail for WA customers:

As an added bonus all orders $50 and over will ship free of charge (Perth Metro area only) which includes post codes 6000 – 6199 of Perth WA. Our minimum charge for a national wide delivery is $7.40, this would be for a regular parcel that is less than .5Kg and not registered, this also includes our minimum handling fee. You do have the option at checkout to select standard service with tracking this is an additional $1.05 for metro and $1.55 for regional. You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been processed.

Deliveries are usually 2 – 7 days, however please allow 3 – 21 working days for your delivery as this time also includes 1 -2 days for processing of your order and at times a backlog of orders and fresh manufacture of products. Orders will usually arrive between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm, therefore your selected delivery address should be at a location where you spend most time during the day (ie. Work address). It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address. Freight drivers are only obliged to deliver to this address and take no responsibility for incorrect addresses provided.

Shipping charges change at the discretion of TNT Express and Pro Sound, we will update our policies on the website if and when this occurs.
